Homeless individuals must apply at the following location:

Required documents for homeless applicants include:

• Homeless letter dated within 7-10 days of appointment
• Valid Photo ID
• Social Security Card
• Birth Certificate
• Food Stamps Award Letter (if applicable)
• Work History from the Department of Labor
• Proof of income –  
        – Employment (6-8 consecutive check stubs, payroll history of 2-3 consecutive months)
        – Social Security Award Letter
        – General Assistance Award Letter
        – Contributions from family
        – Child Support Award document
  NOTE: Additional documentation may be required.

Families wishing to apply for one of the multi-family units must call that location and schedule an appointment.

        – Offers 28 subsidized units 
 (2) Washington Street Properties – 949 Washington Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30315, 404-895-3016 
        – Offers 16 subsidized units 

NOTE: Applicants of multi-family units must comply with all instructions given at the property to complete the qualification process and should be prepared for costs associated with criminal background checks, etc. Cost will vary.
