Atlanta Police Department- Code Enforcement Section enforces graffiti on private property only.

If the graffiti is located on City of Atlanta property, you can report it by calling the Graffiti Hot Line: 404-546-4288 or email: graffiti@atlantaga.gov to have it removed. If it is on a street sign, brick wall, or on the street, removal becomes a community effort. In those instances, you can contact your Atlanta City Councilmember or Keep Atlanta Beautiful for additional guidance. If the graffiti is located on private residential or commercial property, you may file a complaint with Code Enforcement and a case will be created. Once the case is created a Code Enforcement officer will inspect the property for a graffiti violation.
