Applications for new non-profit business licenses must be submitted via ATLCORE.

The following items are required and must be submitted:

Copy of the organization’s State Charter, if a Georgia based Corporation
IRS Form 501C3 which affirms the organization’s tax-exempt status (i.e. military veterans,
church/charitable organizations)
Veteran identification card or Department of Veterans Affairs letterhead that affirms 30 percent plus disabled veteran status, if applicable
SAVE Affidavit (must be notarized)
E-Verify Affidavit (must be notarized)
Copy of valid government issued identification (i.e. passport, driver’s license)
$50 non-refundable zoning review fee*
