To report a loose, missing, or damaged street plate, contact Customer Service at 404-546-0311, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A first responder will be dispatched to the location to investigate the problem within 24 hours.

Utilize the Metal Plate View (link below) to verify the address of a metal plate, determine how long a metal plate has been in place, what the anticipated plate removal date is, and if the plate is serviced by the Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) or the Department of Watershed Management (DWM).
