The United Way 2-1-1 Contact Center connects people to the resources they need to address everyday challenges of living and those that develop during times of community emergencies. Some of their resources offered include efforts to improve educational outcomes for children, job skills and addressing other factors like health costs, human trafficking, family counseling, disaster services, volunteer opportunities and more.

United Way 2-1-1 is free, confidential and available in 140 languages. United Way 211 covers 13 metropolitan counties: Butts, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding, Rockdale.

United Way has partnered with Lyft to provide transportation rides to and from a COVID-19 vaccination appointment. Available in Georgia where Lyft is offered. To schedule a Lyft ride or for more information, please contact United Way.
