Residents receive recycling service on the same day as their scheduled garbage collection.
If today is your scheduled pick-up day for weekly collection, please allow until the end of the day for collection to be completed.
If it is after normal business hours and the RECYCLING ON YOUR ENTIRE STREET WAS NOT COLLECTED, you may create a request by completing the form below. If it is the next business day during normal business hours (7AM – 7PM), you may contact Customer Service at 404-546-0311 or create a request by completing the form below.

The City of Atlanta is not collecting for the Orange Hefty Energy Bag Program. However, if YOU would like to participate, you MUST take the Orange Hefty Bags to the Center for Hard to Recycle Materials (CHARM) located at 1110 Hill Street SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. Please DO NOT dispose of the Orange Hefty Bags in your recycling cart. If Orange Hefty Bags are in the cart, the cart will not be collected until removed.
