If you have submitted more than one application for the same business license (new GBL and previous LGB or GBL) or submitted a new business license application even though you have an existing license, then the Office of Revenue is reviewing those accounts and will be in contact once the reconciliation has been completed. The communication may be an email asking for additional information or providing instructions. The communication may also be an electronic invoice informing of your balance and payment remittance. Regardless of the communication, customers must be responsive to continue with their renewal process. You will be able to renew for the current year after the account reconciliation process is completed.
